There are many unprofessional contractors out there – beware!! Many of them are not licensed and/or insured. Some of those contractors also play a game of quoting jobs much lower than they know they can complete the job for. The reason they do this is because during the job, they can find a way to increase the overall job cost due to "unforeseen circumstances." Once they do this, you are obligated to pay the higher price. Don't fall prey to these sub-standard contractors! We don't play that game – not only because it is unethical, but also because it makes it impossible to build a solid referral business with a high quality reputation and continued success.
